No sound in a video?

The video must contain a supported, unprotected audio track. A silent or damaged source cannot be turned into recovered audio. Try playing the original in Files first.

An iCloud file will not import?

Open Files and download the selected item first. Cloud downloads need a network connection. Local conversion does not need to upload your media.

Where are my results?

Completed files are in the app Library. Save to Files creates a separate copy. Closing or cancelling a share sheet does not confirm that another app saved the file.

Restore Pro

Use Settings → Restore purchases with the Apple Account used for the original purchase. The app checks verified Apple transactions. Contact Apple for billing and refund requests.

Size targets and quality

A long file may not fit a very small limit without a change in audio settings. Audelivo must not silently shorten the recording to meet your target. Raising bitrate cannot restore source detail that is already lost.

Ringtones

Prepare a short clip and save it to Files. Follow Apple’s current GarageBand ringtone guide. Creating an audio file does not automatically change a system ringtone.
